I want to like add on to that a little bit too, of that like dynamic and like the being okay with change.

quirk about me like my whole family is creatures of habit and then there's me who's like change fun spontaneous like that's who I am so like I'm always like I've always accepted change so I think that that's been really helpful but I also think I learned a lot about this and I know you all talk about this a lot on the podcast and it was like a big unlock for me to accept my life in seasons And yeah, like Aaron Balsa taught me that.

Like this season for me, because my kids have a bigger age gap, I've like expanded the time where my kids are young a little bit.

where i might not have that vp of marketing or like high job that you know 22 year old ally was working towards and that's okay because it's this is the season for me where i want to be in a role where i really like the people i'm working with that i like the challenge we're solving that they understand that i'm a mom and i have other dynamics to me like that's key and So, and I would say for, like, knowing change, like, back to your question, like, when it's a time, I don't know that I've, like, always been great about, like, 100% knowing.

Haven't we all? Especially that job I was talking about a little earlier where it was like everybody was working 70 hours a week.

That was the job that was going to be big and flashy and get me where I wanted to go.

Like, And so now I've just learned to kind of like, I know the signs and I've gotten better about like how I react to the signs too, I would say.

Just leave on a good note, you know? So I've been trying to like kind of perfect in that way too.
