All right, now let me just really rewind back at least four to five hours ago, all right? So, if you've listened to this podcast for any amount of time, you would know that every single chance I get to get a sweet do, I take myself to good clips or decent clips or okay clips.

But... i'm always disappointed i'm not satisfied and i mentioned the last time that this happened that i was finally going to see a true bebear and uh and i did exactly that okay so around lunchtime i'm feeling inspired i see my hair is currently at the length that i can afford maybe some mistakes but i'm willing to put my trust and my wallet into the most passionate, okay? I don't need a giant franchise that's just churning out haircuts left and right.

I want somebody who loves what they do, that has a nice, intimate, small client base and they listen, okay? Because more often than not, I give them the pictures and I tell them what I want and I just never get it.

I knew even if this guy was the worst, there was no way this could go poorly because I've got all the data, the data.

The mama, alright? So, I'm so excited, I assume, because people rave about barbers all the time that I'm gonna have to get an appointment or figure out how long I gotta sit and wait, but I call...

Hello? Uh, yeah, I was just calling to see how long it would take to get an appointment with you guys.

Like, oh, you know, we're just, uh, medium busy today, so, you know, you come by soon-ish.

Now, what this guy didn't know is that I was actually right in front of his building when I called, and when I walked through the doors, not a person there! Okay, so I don't mind being lied to.

And the fact that there's nobody there, even on lunch, I can't help but go, why? All right.

So I'm trying to put all that past me because I'm excited to finally get a haircut that I want.

They're like, you here for a haircut? And I go, yeah, should I? There's no desk or anything like sit in the chair.
