I watched about half hour of the South Africa game.
I didn't see the start, didn't see the opening goal.
I was online with some FTS members and then...
Went in.
South Africa were absolutely terrible, weren't they? Absolutely, genuinely rubbish.
And then I watched from about towards the end of the second half into...
From the end of the first half into the second half.
And then the hydration break came on.
And I thought, that's enough for me.
I can't be doing with that.
We have, in effect, turned football for the Americans into four quarters.
And you watch that creep in elsewhere.
That's what will happen.
It will be another death knell in the game of football.
This will become something, I guarantee you, that creeps in around the world as they try and cash in on yet more advertising money.
It's not a hydration break.
It is, can we get the adverts in? Absolute shite.
And the people who were jumping up and down about Ramadan should absolutely be leaping up about this.
