yeah I always think start with what you've already got I think the tendency really is that oh my god I need all new things Um, and you know, for some clients it is shopping and getting a few pieces, but for others, it's about looking what you've already got in your wardrobe.

That's another top tip is how do I want to feel? Is it that I want to feel more powerful or is it that I want to feel more comfortable or whatever it is.

And just make a note of things that feel great and that you look great in, you feel great in, and you feel like, oh, yeah, that was a really good one.

And it's so wonderful to have those pieces that are like your friends when you need them.
But I think if you can

prep and plan an outfit, it gets you to really understand your wardrobe more and also understand what you like, but also what you don't like, because then you can make better choices for yourself moving forward.

I think we're fearful of getting rid of things because we think, oh my God, will I have enough? But do you know what actually what it does sometimes is creates clarity for you when you've got less overwhelm in the wardrobe.
Oh, I love that, Abi, because I'm a terrible hoarder of clothes.
So actually, often if I've got less in the wardrobe, I find it easier to put things together.
Have you got any two key pieces that you always go really well with something, particularly for the workplace?

And I know we've sort of moved away from wearing suits more now because we don't have to wear suits in corporate environments particularly.
