The vengeance of a mysterious cryptid is unleashed when a group of hunters provoke it's once peaceful existence.
But, um...
The movie is based on a Cherokee Indian folklore about like this cat that runs around the forest.
And you got this small town.
You got this farmer.
That's one of the storylines that his cattle went... been murdered and he wants to know who's doing it you got another person a lady visiting her uncle and she also has a history behind her what her hidden agenda is while she's visiting her uncle um later the hunter decided to go visit land he started hunting whoever's killing his livestock and that's when the one plus cat started acting up he started killing the hunters and later he started killing anybody in the town And, I don't know, this movie is mainly, like, this isn't like a independent style movie like so don't expect anything like fast pace or blood and gore like you can actually see the kill scenes or great special effects or anything but i personally enjoyed the movie i feel like the one i was like a good introduction and maybe hopefully maybe the director might get a little better budget and maybe redo the movie again um the wampus cat is pretty much like a guy in a cat-like costume with two legs and two arms going around killing people.
And it's not like the Wampus cast was on all fours.
But let me say that I did find myself enjoying it.
And I like the natural... homemade regular practical effects and what a budget what you can work with and I respect that as an aspiring horror movie maker filmmaker myself Hopefully I could do something like this eventually one day I'm trying to do my own thing come slowly coming back doing my own short horror movies making a little comeback and I'll see how that goes all you did two of them check that out but shout out to the director and people behind it that made this movie and you got my support, you know cuz It's really hard out there to make a movie and hire people or do your own special effects, you know, to make your own movie.
So I respect this one, you know.
And a lot of people have to be open-minded and understand what people are working with.
Definitely check it out.
