Maybe they're ideas around how friends ought to show up for one another, or how forgiveness should or should not work, or even ideas around ghosting or connection.
And it makes sense because as you engage with new friends, they show you new sides of yourself.
They expose you to new ideas, and then you have negative experiences that make you start to question what's even possible in friendship.
As we continue to live, our ideas around relationships evolve, and I am no exception.
