Okay, and I want to shout out to our sister Becky, who's not on this episode, but she asked this question at a dinner party last night, which I thought was a great question to ask a group of people in, like, film who, what they think are the best pilots.
Um, it's not on this list, which is a Shonda, but across the board, everybody at the dinner party agreed that, um, Friday night lights is one of the best pilots of all time because it completely extends on its own as if it was like a small short film.
Yes, I think actually my other question is, does it count if a pilot was brilliant if the show was actually just made as a series from the get-go and the pilot wasn't being used to actually be a pilot? No, we're talking
There's now, now we're getting into like the nitty gritty because there are shows that were like from pilot season, right? There were just a pilot and they may never get picked up after that.
And it was like really throwing the dice or there are shows that got an entire season and they, it's just the first episode.
