How was Spider-Man: Brand New Day?

Back from day one.

Oh, that's a good name.

Honestly, I loved it.

I didn't notice that it was long.

What? Every...

Every minute...

Tom Holland as Spider-Man is a fun minute for me.

I love the side characters.

I love the evolution of the Spider-Man character.

I really feel like they've taken us on a journey with him that feels extremely earned.

And I have to say...

I got distracted many times throughout the movie because of my kids needing things and wanting things.

And then I turned back and be like, oh, my God, I feel like I missed critical information, which means I don't feel like it was too long because everything in there was an important beat.

Except for the one flashback.

I don't want to do a spoiler, but there's like five flashbacks.

No, there's like that one really long flashback in the park.

I'm like, I would have understood what happened without the flashback.

You actually didn't need to give me that one long park flashback.

I got the gist of what was going on.

I think they could have lost that.

That's the part I was annoyed.

I was like, oh, could have gone to pee here.

But otherwise, I

love it.

You're telling people to go pee during the park scene.
