What, what, what, um, how important is this for businesses? Is this something that, you know, and, and organizations, is this something that we already do well and we just need to get a little better? Or is this something still, 'cause I've got some thoughts on this, or is this something still? So great events, convenings- Webinars, you know, putting people-

Are, are, you know, are we collectively good at that or are we got a long way to go in your mind?
I think it does depend on the organization, right, and the individuals that make up the organization.
There's some organizations that really excel in this and, and they're the ones that tend to have a voice.
If you understand how to communicate, if you understand your audience, and you understand their needs and meet them with your needs, uh, that, the magic can happen.

I've really come to appreciate the power of putting people together that have passion and then, you know, have a- enough s- you know, different skillsets to get the job done, and then you just watch, you c- you said, make, watch magic happen.
