Nicola Charlesworth-Hutchinson is a Deaflympics Silver Medallist from last summer, and recently became a European Masters record holder as well.
I saw that Nicola had done a quick 100 meter breaststroke earlier this year, and then more recently she got the European record on 200 IM with a brilliant time of 223.75 in Swindon, which is not known for being a particularly fast or renowned pool, and that is in the 40 to 44 age group.
