Today, I'm joined by Rhiannon Frederick, chief nursing officer at Mayo Clinic, a global leader in patient care, research, and innovation.
Rhiannon leads thousands of nurses and care teams in a 24/7 environment where the stakes could not be higher.

In our conversation, we talk about the human-centered leadership that can ignite creativity, strengthen culture, enhance engagement, and improve outcomes across an entire organization.
