How do you actually gather what the perspectives are of the team? Um, we've said over the years, you know, I've been involved in different digital transformation journeys over the last 30 years.
We've said time and time again that it's not about the technology, that it's actually about how you bring organizations and people around, and that is true in this moment as well.
But one of the big differences is this technology is moving faster than anything we've seen before.
And so if you're looking at the speed and you're not listening to how that's landing on your, on your people every day, then, then you're missing something.
What's the vision? What direction are we going in? Do people understand the strategy? Are you communicating with them regularly about what that looks like? And, and the last piece which connects, I think, all of those dots is that there will be changes in organizations.
There are, there are tasks and roles and responsibilities today that are done by humans and people that are going to be much better performed by models, and are already in many cases better performed by models and AI and technology.
