Last year, over the summer, I was in a room with a bunch of manufacturing CEOs, and in this time of so much technological change and challenge and interesting things going on, they spent four hours talking about tariffs.

And, "Do you have the right broker?" and, "Where do I get this?" and, "What about this?" And I just thought what a terrible tax on the human imagination.

You know, that's the kind of stuff that's keeping them from raising the next generation of leaders, w- um, coming up with new product ideas, and to your point and to your question, getting out with customers and really understanding them.

Again, the source of all great knowledge about how to grow your business comes from the people that buy your goods and services, and anything that keeps us away from them is something that we really need to, we really need to fend off in some way.
