E.54 Fractured Fables - A Night of Rest

Previously on Fractured Fables— Charlie found herself thrust onto the stage at the One Trick Pony, delivering what may go down as the most unplanned, and least coordinated performance in the club's illustrious history. Ever the supportive friend, Siddy leapt in to cast Guidance, only to confuse the audience into thinking the act featured two performers. With a smooth, "Oh... hi there," she made a hasty exit, hoping the magic would be enough to save Charlie. It wasn't. As the crowd watched in bewilderment, it quickly became clear that not even divine guidance could grant Charlie the gift of dance. Still, one person remained completely captivated. Ami, convinced she was witnessing greatness, cheered with unwavering enthusiasm and looked ready to enroll in the Charlie Blackwood School of Dance. Realizing there was only one way to end the spectacle, Charlie attempted a dramatic backflip off the stage. Unsurprisingly, it went about as well as the dancing. Fortunately, before disaster could strike, the club's star performer, Poppy Cox, caught her with effortless grace and transformed the moment into one of the greatest performances the One Trick Pony had ever seen. After taking a well-earned bow, Charlie followed Poppy backstage to offer her heartfelt thanks... only to discover that the club's dazzling star was actually Everett in disguise.
