I love it that I can learn how to fix my kitchen sink, but a lot of people try to do all this self diagnosis and they, you know, they follow some expert and then they're looking at the next expert and they're, you know, and without really knowing that they have clinical experience and and life experience and what they bring to the table or they're listing the person at the health booth store or whatever, right? So just be really discerning about who you get information from.

That's really important because I see a lot of people spend a lot of money, a lot of resources, and they end up in the exact same place.

And I do like that you mentioned that because your book is so good for the, for just flushing things out for the way you have it written with your story and then questions and story and questions.
