So where you are today, looking around the space, is this where you envision yourself when you first said, I'm going to go and do this? Like, is this, like, kind of, like, this is the way I want to train people.

what I wanted to offer to people when you first started or did it change, right?

I honestly, when I first started, like, from the gym side of things, when I finished soccer, I...

but like was training more functional, obviously sports focused, athletic based at that point.

And then when I got into the strength world, that was my first time ever even going into a commercial gym.

I was the type, I literally would walk on the treadmill for an hour because I was like, everyone is looking at me.

I need to create a space where the me's of the world right now actually feel comfortable to go in.

Yeah, I find a lot of the people that, feel like that, they don't realize like a lot of people that are actually there at the gym doing better for themselves are more inviting than they think.

You know what I mean? Like I would never criticize someone for being in the gym and I take like fitness pretty seriously.
