We run down the two new Astra Militarum detachments this week and they pretty dang good. These Guard have ways to really maximize any and every unit in their Codex now which is nice since they have…
No entities detected.
Uh, let's talk about some Astra Militarum stuff, talk about some people riding in tanks, uh, talk about some cool tank abilities maybe.
Uh, before we do that, I do wanna say what's up to everybody that I hung out with and spoke to in Maastricht.
Uh, it really means a lot when you're y- sor- so far away from home and, and people come and say they like what you do, so really appreciate that.
And it was such a pleasure hanging out with everybody there, and everyone was incredibly nice.
And I don't mean just the attendees, people in the towns, and train stations, and everything else.
It was, um, a real fun experience over in Maastricht, and that was the first European Warhammer Open that has ever occurred.
I was gonna say that I've been to, but it's the first one that, that has, has happened, and I think it was a great kickoff to that.
The, the team on the Games Workshop side really put a lot into it, and I think it showed.
Like, everywhere you looked in the hall, there was, like, a different experience for you to kind of go and investigate.
Plus, in addition to, like, the paint classes and that, that was happening, there were some world-class painters there that, uh, had fil- full classes each and every session, uh, you know, which was also cool.
There's also, you know, hobby things, including paint classes or, you know, build challenges.
Uh, you know, plus the largest or one of the, one of the, um, most well-stocked Games Workshop stores travels around with the team.
Put it on your calendar if, um, if it's not al- already on your, like, list of things to do to come to an Open, highly encourage you to do it.
