I cannot sit here and say that I have postpartum anxiety because I've never... been diagnosed with anything.

So I have not seen any doctors whatsoever for myself, you know, postpartum at this point.

So there's no diagnosis, I cannot compare to somebody who is diagnosed somebody who's medicated, I can't say yeah, I have that.

It's like the biggest hormone crash that any human will ever experience in life.

And, um, I I don't know I just feel like I'm going through I'm going through it let's just put it that way I feel like I'm going through it I'm I'm having a great like I'm having a good postpartum experience I can't even complain and I think that because I can't complain is what makes it harder to like justify or it's not even that I'm looking to justify myself it just makes it harder to say like yeah i feel anxious too because you think about how much worse other people have it when you hear like postpartum stories and you hear about what people have gone through and then when you're like well i don't even have anything to complain about like i'm having a good experience like it makes it difficult to really put your feelings into words because you're like well is that valid like is that enough like am i just in my own head is this not even a real issue like So that's kind of where I feel like I'm at.

I experienced that with pregnancy too, where I felt like because I had such a good pregnancy, I didn't know how to like express like that hormonal shift and like feeling so emotional and like, yeah like it it's almost like you feel guilty I don't I really it's it's a confusing thing so this is going to be like a very ranty type episode where I don't have like a plan in place it's just kind of me like talking I don't know um I saved a couple of posts where I felt like it had a lot to do with like protecting your peace and that like anxiousness.

A lot of people are better at putting their thoughts into words and their feelings into words than I am because I think a lot of people are doing, they do a little bit better with the vulnerability.

They don't have any like, guilty conscience for saying it whereas i feel like i do so that's why i'm like i'm gonna screenshot this and i'm gonna save this because for me right now and i feel like i i'm only i've always been big on protecting your peace i mean i quite literally mentor women on having boundaries and you know, pre-pregnancy, like this has just always been a thing for me.

And then I feel like you get pregnant and you kick it up a notch and then you like protect your peace more than ever.
