What we're doing is creating a partnership where you have a team of high-level collaborative thinkers joining your team to create your business foundation with you.

Sounds great, and how do we make it happen? I feel like that's the next logical question, like, "Okay, yeah, yeah, tell me about that."

Yeah, and there's a lot of noise, and there's a lot of, quote-unquote, "programs" out there that in the sale of that program is gonna make you feel like this is the solve or an event that you go to that's gonna educate you on something that you're like, "Ooh, my business needs that." But the reality is, is it's very important to understand where you are currently at and growing to and at what speed.

There are so many different layers to this and different strategy approaches that you need to take in what do I focus on in the foundation of my business, the processes that keep the business moving forward day to day, and/or what do I need to focus on in my internal project operations for my active projects in making those systems and processes work better, and how do I implement support inside of all of that and succeed in a profitable and controllable way? It is a lot of things to do.

It is a lot of different, quote-unquote, "projects," as I call them, to talk about.

So what I wanna do is kind of educate how our team develops a strategy that ensures success, ensures it 100% so that you understand you have very clear expectations on when things are going to succeed, and that realistic expectation helps your reaction, helps, as Evelyn would say, the dopamine levels inside of you from not feeling disappointed as well, and it all wraps around a financial exercise that needs to be done in an episode we recorded called "The Data Dump" that allows us to make the right decisions to match the strategy with the money and help you really control your expectations throughout that process.

And I just wanna take a moment to really briefly say we are not taking away the validity of any of those other courses and options out there.

Sometimes you do need, for where you are right now, to spend your money and get handed something that will get you to the next step.

Then there's a point of growth where you are ready to really develop your business foundation for the way that you want your company to run, for the way that you want your projects to proceed, and that, I believe, is when the executive team offers something different.
