So how, how long do you have to stay in the sauna? 'Cause I can't stay in it.

I start to get, yeah, I start to get like lightheaded.

But they say you start, you're supposed to build it up gradually.

And I had gotten to the point of where I could be in my gym one, the one at my gym for about 30 minutes, but like this one-

it was about 15, 20 minutes and, and I was good, which is great.
When it's higher heat, you, it, it, it works faster.
Um, it was, it was wonderful and I don't wanna talk for 20 minutes about the spa, although I actually could-

... um, especially on this, on this ship.
It was one of the hidden gems.
I was not expecting to like it as much.

I do want to talk about the rest of the ship because four sea days really did give me time to-
