Well, now that it is June, which is amazing, I love June.
Don't you, Andrew? It's the best.
Absolutely.
You got all kinds of the fishing seasons open, right? Like musky's open, bass is about to be open, walleye's open, carp is in, like, mid-swing.
Like, it's a great month.
I love it.
But there's one thing that I do not like about June, something that is terrible, I hate it, it's deadly.
I don't know what the heck's going on half the time.
It's annoying.
That thing is deer flies.
[laughs]
Mm-hmm.
I'm sure all of us have had some of those ankle-biting, crazy kamikazes dive onto our feet or around our head or our, our ears.
They seem to like those areas.
Like, whenever I get a deer fly, it's either on my ankle or on my ear.
I don't know why.
They can target the area that they know that is gonna cause the most pain.
[laughs]
Mm-hmm.
So it's something that we have to deal with every, every summer, so I thought we could learn a little bit about deer flies, and maybe, just maybe, after learning this information about deer flies, you'll have a little bit of sympathy towards them.
Not really-
I doubt it
...
but maybe.
I doubt it.
