So it's a pleasure to have you here and I want to, you know, have some chat about So, basically, what are the main challenges that you're getting from, you know, chatting with people here in FinOpsX, from all the inputs that you've been getting?
I think that the FinOps, for a long time, the big challenge is kind of the execution gap or the operational stuff.
So, a lot of the companies or participants have a... beautiful dashboard they understand exactly how much everything costs for them and they also be able to to found or identify the selling opportunity but then going to the execution to make sure they implemented is not damaged anything on their production environment I think this is one of the biggest challenge like how to take the recommendation or the saving or the governance and make it implemented on the real world.
So this is, I think, one of the biggest challenges.
Even that, for a lot of the companies, is still a small part of their infrastructure cost, but the speed of the growth is very fast, and it's become very challenging how to enforce governance and to do optimization of the cost for AI.
That's definitely some challenges that we've been seeing here in the conference, and you talk about one of the I think one of the most recurring topics last year was the execution gap, you know, from getting the insights, first getting the data, then getting the insights from the data, and now from the insights from the data, like actually making people take action on that.
