She founded the Franchise Fit Company and co-owns Architect Outdoor Living of Central Virginia and the Valley and co-founded Cannon Ridge Farm.

Before becoming a business owner, Casey spent a decade at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, coaching MBA students and building relationships with employers nationwide.

She also held executive leadership roles across the franchise industry, including serving as president of Extraordinary Brands.

Today, she helps aspiring entrepreneurs elevate business ownership opportunities and build careers that offer greater purpose, flexibility, and fulfillment.
