is the trades shortage real or did we just stop telling kids it was an option i don't know where these questions come from but it's like hey apparently they want me to talk about these things but in my opinion i would say the trade shortage is real and and we did stop telling kids to join the trades because i remember growing up Everybody talked about college.

But I also tell them at the same time, like, make sure you sign up for scholarships, grants, all that stuff, right? Because you don't want to send them into debt, right? And I tell them that trades is obviously an option as well, because that's what I am.

But if they want to be a business owner in the trades, it is a lot of work and it's not for everybody.

It's a lot of work and you got to be prepared for that mentally, physically, all of the things.

I don't want to rant too much because then there's 10 questions and I'm only on number one and five minutes into the show.

Is that a good thing or did it just create a bunch of guys who are better at posting than they are at fencing? Which by the way, I did not read these beforehand.

There's people that are good at fencing and then there's people that are good at posting.

And it's also awkward because we own nailed it productions and we do posting, but also own a fence company.
