Something else just to keep in mind is that this is totally experience story, personal story.
This is definitely not, you know, professional health advice for you or mental advice, mental health advice, professional mental health advice.
But I think that someone like Sam who went through this has, we'll talk about it, but like had, you know, come out the other side, if you will.
And from my perspective of, you know, not, necessarily experiencing this i would say either a if you have someone in your life who is struggling with this or something like this you might be able to understand them a little bit more and or maybe understand yourself a little bit more or give yourself a little bit more compassion because i think when you can hear someone else's story even though it might be similar to your own you're like oh wait i see it from a completely different point of view and you can just i don't know understand yourself give yourself some compassion and just know that this is personal experience
