If you are feeling a sense of urgency all the time, and that you are constantly falling behind . . . you are not alone. Modern life trains us to be urgent. We are also doing things to our own…

But before we know it, because it's so easy and so many of us are living in this state of urgency and rush...

Before we know it, that urgency might very well cloud years and decades of our lives.

The urgency can be a major part of our lives, whether it comes from outside or inside, as we're going to talk about.

So one of the core things I believe that we need to do, that you and I need to do to live a feel-good, happier life, is to make conscious actions to counter that urgency and also support our body so it is more grounded and less reactive to the things in our day that might not matter but inevitably take us down for one reason or another.

So with that, today, I wanted to provide some considerations for us to do just that.

Maybe choose one of them, maybe choose all of them, or maybe choose none of them.

Of course, like anything I talk about and anything you see, take what you need and leave the rest.
