Your spouse says a word. You hear something else. And the fight starts before anyone notices. Joe Sugg, Generational Wealth Advocate, sits down with Sherice Pagel. Army veteran. Former Black Hawk crew…
Joe SuggHostI love that you asked this question because a lot of my work comes down to how every single person has a different meaning to the same word.
But my meaning of wealth is being able to create something where you aren't in survival mode.
So I see things inclusively or functionally, whatever the word you want to call it.
and being out of that survival mode into a place where you feel grateful but also still have challenges.
And wealth specifically is creating something in my mind that you can carry on to your legacies below you.

Yeah, I think that that's where I started asking that question is because so many times I would yell wealth is and yeah, some people yell money, but a lot of people will time relationships, you know, they have all kinds of things that they they apply to it.

And, you know, even the name of the show effed up wealth is really designed to get people thinking about something different than the way they may have otherwise categorized it.

Just the idea that there's all kinds of things and words that people use that are, um, maybe there's a different interpretation.
That is a constant thing that I am working on and I will probably work on it for the rest of my life.
And a perfect example of how I experience it is just one argument that my husband and I had when we were dating.
