Kay CharronGuestWe're doing some things today, you can hear my dog in the background, that help us with our nervous system.
I did another couple of loops with my friend and neighbor, Sharon, and now I'm gonna do what I call lotions, potions, patches, and powder, with a little collagen in the coffee.
And then when I'm making my water bottle, I'm gonna add in my electrolytes, good old scoop of creatine.
Look forward to bringing everybody with us today as we talk about the nervous system and ways that you can help support your nervous system.
I just got back from Humble Yoga, where on Wednesdays I do a strength training class with Nick, and today was tough.
It was eight rounds of eight repetitions of three different exercises, and then about three or four of those sets, and then in between three minutes of abs.
I am, again, like Vicki, I did my estrogen and my testosterone already this morning when I got up before my coffee.
I get up about an hour before I go anywhere, so I've got time for all of that to absorb.
I use a powdered multivitamin by Nu- Nutrametrix, and that gives me a broad spectrum of all the nutrients I need, plus, um, methylated Bs and a big dose of antioxidants.
First thing in the morning, I use a disposable face washing cloth, which just works better for me 'cause it doesn't have any laundry detergent or anything left in it, and my skin is super sensitive to that.
I have rosacea, so it's really important that I protect my skin before I go into a hot yoga class.
I'm gonna hop in the shower and then do all my routine, and Vicki and I are headed to Hotworks to get hot sweaty again.
