So I don't know, this might- I, longer than I thought, maybe a couple years ago, that you and I sat down and discussed what we talked about.

I, I went back and listened to that episode to help me prepare for this one, and you shared something in that episode that, that really stood out to me.

You talked about a time when your practice was growing, but behind the scenes things felt very chaotic and you were experiencing staff turnover, constant interruptions, a lot of things slipping through the cracks.

And, and I know a lot of people listening to this are saying, "That's me right now." So I think we're gonna be able to connect with a lot of people, 'cause that's something I hear a lot, especially from practices that are growing.

But you had to ask yourself a question that a lot of practice owners have to ask: what needs to change? And for you, it started with, with better communication and a, a more structured approach to managing your team.

So today what I'd like to do is, is pick up where we left off last time, but go a little bit deeper.

But before we do that, if you don't mind, uh, and I would encourage everyone to go back and listen to our last episode, episode 31.
