I want to talk about this pattern because it is showing up exactly in the moments when you are in a threshold of expansion and of stepping into that next expanded level.

Wherever you are, either you are leading transformational change and inviting the organization to go to the next level, or you are leading your own business and want to move it to the next level of performance, revenue, and growth.

And finally, maybe you are invited for another kind of change that might be your reinvention or career transition.

And you will be encountering at that moment of crossroads when you are being invited to growth and expansion.

And I want to start by saying that there are two different ways how you are going to be invited to growth and expansion.

the pain is all of the situation that you feel you struggle you feel challenged in realizing something that you truly truly want and building something meaningful and making this impact that you desire and it can show up in many different ways if you're leading organizational change you may meet a lot of resistance people not wanting really to buy in into what you actually want to bring as a next level And, or your team is not really fully showing up, not taking ownership, performance is slipping, the engagement is slipping.

Or if you're leading your own business, it's struggle about meeting the next level of revenue milestones, growth, getting the right clients on board, and so on.

All of those different scenarios will create the internal struggles, right? Will create the hesitation, the difficulty to switch off, the lack of presence, the questioning of your confidence and self-belief and doubts.

That's very natural in those moments to arrive and creating additional struggles inside, right? The second is about the pull.

Performance met, achievements are there, you maybe have everything that you wanted in life and you are having it.

But there is this little voice or a little subtle pulled curiosity towards something more.

Maybe there is a moment that you start to question, is that it? Or maybe it comes in a flavor of, I know I want to go to the next level of expansion.

Be it with your business, be it with your organization and your leadership in life.
