And on that, in the early days of Oona, now, if you cut me in two, I'd say collaboration.

It was just like, if you're a small boutique consultancy, you have to collaborate to get your flywheel turning and have the opportunity to work with some of the incredible clients that we did and not have to choose to.

And in doing so, you end up working with people that, you know, you want to surround yourself with people that have got big brains, that are smarter than you, that have done it before.

And that's just building a community around what you're trying to achieve.

And so a big kind of mindset at the start was like, how do you get this firewall turning, whether that's introducers, whether that's learning from people that have done it before, kind of warm network and partnering.

Like I talk a lot about like, who can you tag your wagon together with? So what are the wagon is doing kind of training and talking to clients about change, but actually they're not doing the change management part or just finding those synergies and just doing things together.

Yeah, I think that model of collaboration, I've always found it astonishing, actually, that people avoid or feel that they are oversharing if they're working with somebody else.

At the last business, we would never have got to where we got to had we not partnered, you know, with Things Digital, with Made Tech.

And so, yeah, it's a playbook that I know well, but I've seen you execute brilliantly.

And like, you know, competitors, it's growth mindset, isn't it? You either come from fear and lack or love and abundance.

And the more you can kind of put your brains together to kind of build opportunities.

And then three months down the line, you're like, oh, this person for this thing.

And then these things happen together because you've had that conversation that you could have never, you couldn't have imagined that a couple of months ago.

So I think that, the more that you can have a collaborative mindset, the more you can meet with people doing similar things, competitors, kind of synergies, it just opens up so many doors that otherwise you wouldn't have thought of.
