This list is a creature-centric control list.

it wins traditionally with traditional esper stuff oracle decon and then has some backup win cons as well um but for the most part what we're trying to do with this list is do the same thing that every other mid-range list is looking to do in cedh just have more of a creature focus to it and whenever i brew the first question i ask is like why the commander that we're playing And what is the purpose of the commander that we're playing? So the purpose of Rafine in this list is not necessarily...

I would not call this a Rafine-centric list, even though there's so many creatures.

I think that Why we choose Rafine here is to get us over the hump once we've established a lot of these creatures.

So like the play pattern for this list, for the most part, you're going to be choosing to develop the creatures in your 99 before developing Rafine.

And that's generally how Rafine works, like historically as we've played it as well.

But I definitely see Rafine as more of a get you over the top.
