Hello, everybody.
Welcome back to Every Day is Friday 365.
I'm your host, Matthew, and remember to subscribe so you can join me on this journey where every day is Friday.
Hit that subscribe button for me.
I appreciate it.
Today, we have a really special guest joining us, Amanda.
Today, we're going to be talking about motherhood, natural birth, and then raising healthy kids.
Amanda, welcome to the show.
I love what you do because Amanda, you are helping children and families reconnect with nature in a way that most people would never even think of.
And it's so simple, actually, if you really think about it, what you're doing.
And, you know, We're going to really talk about why getting kids outside matters in this day and age.
I know it sounds kind of crazy saying that, but it really does matter.
And your background, you're a yoga teacher.
And that's my first time saying that word, by the way.
So that's something I'm learning about as well.
And I'm going to dive into all that about natural births at home and stuff like that with you.
And I'm really looking forward to this podcast.
Now, for the listeners that may not be familiar with your line of work yet, can you give us a quick rundown of who you are and what you do?
