This Episode is Part 2 of My Testimony with My Mentor Mark Thomas as a CoHost
Rick PlunkettHost
I think where we left off was I was telling you all about meeting my fiancée and how she brought me into a relationship, but truly one of the key points of our relationship with Jesus was meeting Mark Thomas, who is a good friend, personal close friend, and a mentor of mine in American Family Fitness.

He was turning around to leave, and the Holy Spirit spoke to him and told him, Go speak to them.

And we even left at one point, went to Nashville, got hooked on drugs, came back.

Mark is a pastor at Thrive Church, Richmond City Campus, because it was our home church.

And I can tell you, serving the Lord is a feeling like no other because he will show up like no other.

There are situations we've been in where we were almost evicted out of our apartments, but God saved us.

We had situations where there was stuff, provisions given to us because of the Lord.

Mark had seen that we needed a car because we were getting transportation to and from church from his older assistant pastor.

So we looked at that, and the one thing this guy said to us was, get this car out of my pocket a lot, because I'm going to get him.

I think he was goofing around, joking around, because that's the type of individual this person is.
