And finally, lastly, if someone is listening to our podcast show right now with your episode and they're not following Jesus as their Lord and Savior, what would you like to say to them?

jesus is standing and he's knocking at the door matthew 11 28 through 30 jesus says come to me all of you who are heavy laden and weary and i will give you rest take my yoke upon you and learn From me, from my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Don't be mistaken.

There will be a final judgment and there's two ways that this could go.

You could hear the words that I long to hear.

Welcome home, good and faithful servant.

Or you can hear the dreaded words of depart from me, you worker of iniquity.

I never knew you.

And the Bible is clear on that.

And so would you stand there covered in God's promises, covered in the blood of the Lamb if something were to happen to you today? Would you stand there knowing that you're covered in those promises and hear, welcome home, good and faithful servants? Or would you have to hear the word, depart from me, you worker of iniquity? I never knew you because now is the time of God's favor.

Indeed, right now is the time.

Today is the day of salvation.

We are not promised tomorrow.

If you have any doubt in your mind whatsoever where you're going to be spending eternity, do not wait.

Mark 115 says you need to repent today.

recognize you're going the wrong way about face turn turn to jesus he is the way and the truth and the life and nobody gets to the father unless it's through the son and recognize that all of us have sinned and fallen short of the glory of god and the wages of that sin is death wages have to be paid for by something and the free gift of god is eternal life if we put jesus christ as our lord jesus paid that sin debt in full so he showed his love for us while we're sinners while we're going our own way fully god fully man he went to the cross and he died for us so the bible says if you confess with your mouth that jesus is lord and believe in your heart that god raised him from the dead that you will be saved.

And then it says, all who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.

With the heart, you believe and you're justified.

You're no longer guilty of sin, past, present, or future.

And with the mouth, one confesses and is saved.

So it's a free gift of righteousness, a free gift of the Holy Spirit.

It's a free gift of eternal life.

We can't do one single thing to clean ourselves up.

We have to come to the foot of the cross.

Jesus Christ, him crucified.
