Joe Gallagher Jr Testimony

Tell a little bit about who you are and how you were raised.

So I was raised in Connecticut, the New Haven area, and I was born a Catholic, and I was dragged to church on Sundays, grudgingly, you know.

Didn't really like it.

I was misbehaving while I was there and all that stuff.

But then I think in middle school, I started feeling like I wanted more spirituality and and have a connection with god you know and uh so i ended up joining a choir um at the at the church and um unfortunately was um molested by the music director and um they kept me out of the church for about 20 years after that

When would you describe your personal experience for conversion experience for everyone?

So, you know, it was a lot of trials and tribulations.

You know, I was running on self-will after I was I became defiant and rebellious against God, you know, and I got into a lot of trouble.

I had to run into a lot of.

roadblocks, you know, due to my selfishness and self-centeredness and all that, you know, so it wasn't until a lot of pain, a lot of, um, consequences started piling up that I was ready to, uh, surrender, you know, and then, um, once I did, that was like March of 2024.
