If your esthetician business has been parked at $5k, $7k, or $9k months and you can't figure out why, this episode is the honest conversation you've been needing. Brittany walks through the patterns…

Okay, now that that is done, I wanna talk to you about if you're stuck at 5K months, 7K months, even 9K months.

I just did a webinar on this this past week, if you're listening to this episode live.

But there are some things that, that web- that webinar was a mindset webinar.

This is more practical things that I see consistently when people come to me, and they wanna double their business, and this is kind of the areas that they have... that they t- tend to be stuck.

So the first area that I, I see is that you're only marketing when you need clients.

So it becomes a very cyclical experience, which is you post, send emails, you're talking about openings, you are promoting services, you get busy, you stop marketing, and then maybe you had some clients that were coming in just for single appointments, and those clients have not rebooked, and you start all over again.

In my esthetician business when I was in San Diego, I experienced this, in this business, in my skincare business.

You know, showing up in marketing consistently is a grind, and it's really boring for you.

And like I've said a million times in this podcast, and I'll continue saying it, a social media post, a conversation about your business almost never leads to an immediate booking, so you're not getting a huge return on that effort.

That's why you need to make it simple and quick and move on, because if you spend too much time on it, if you spend an hour making a social media post, or if you overthink a conversation that you had with someone about your business for days, you're never gonna wanna do it again.

It makes me wanna lay down thinking about [chuckles] both of those things, right? So the reason that marketing consistently is so important, and, you know, I always tell someone if you really want to change your business, like the amount of people that are coming in and buying products from you, you post, post, post, post, post as much as possible, um, and talk, talk, talk, talk, talk about your business.

But even if you're just doing two to three posts a week, it's so much better than doing five and then zero, and then three and then zero, and then two and then...

People get to know about you and start, you know, maybe even taking some of your advice or thinking about what you were saying more.

If you're selling an acne program or maybe, um, like microneedling series, something that is gonna be either a time investment or a, like they have to really think about, like microneedling, like, you know, they have downtime and things like that.

Okay, now that that is done, I wanna talk to you about if you're stuck at 5K months, 7K months, even 9K months.
