And I first, before I go more into depth about maybe why you've lost momentum and what you can do to kind of get yourself back in the groove, I just want to normalize this for you, okay? You are not going to feel excited, inspired, peppy about your business all the time.

And then I would say 25% of the time you're going to feel normal, neutral, not really anything, just kind of whatever.

Nothing's going to create that level of excitement and happiness all the time, especially not a small business.

especially in a small business that serves people because people are people and they're going to do things that cancel and not byproduct and whatever, say crazy things, right? So it's normal to not feel excited.

But the expectation that it should be feeling good and you should be in the groove and inspired in order to keep momentum going is causing you to lose momentum.

Because when you show up to work, if you aren't in the place that you want to be, you just retreat.
