Well, I think it's very important because you know what? We train, we are being trained in our, uh, for our surgery, our clinical skills, but, but the best way to communicate what we do in our everyday practice, the best way to communicate our research, for example, uh, our interesting cases, is to go on that podium, and no one really teaches that.

It's one of the skills that all of us should have because it really influences how we come across to our peers, to our colleagues, and how we disseminate the message.

How do we present our work in the best possible way? And I think a lot of people, there is this misconception, but, that, that in order to be a good presenter, you have to naturally be a good public speaker and to naturally have a lot of confidence, but I don't think it's that.

Uh, even if you have a very wonderful research, you have to communicate it very directly and very impactfully.

And this is why you have to know how to, you know, stand on the stage, how to set a good presentation, and how to deliver your thoughts and your research.

And this is why we are here, to discuss the tips and tricks of being, uh, very, very strong on the podium.
