And so today I really wanted to talk about something that might be a little bit different.
I've been having, you know, these thoughts about how I want to do these last few episodes and what I want that to look like.
And I think really sharing a lot more of my story of my motherhood journey in a little bit more deeper aspects, not so much this surface level, you know, what motherhood might look like and things like that.
I want to talk about how there is a lot of focus on, you know, how they mother, what they're doing, and they're somehow held on this, you know, pedestal of a person of how they should mother or what they should do or, you Everything's so much more critique than, you know, your everyday person would be.
And it's kind of crazy because they might be known for being an actress in a movie or a famous singer.
And now something that is so deeply personal to them is being scrutinized and overanalyzed simply because of who they are.
And I don't want to be overanalyzing or criticizing the way that they mother or specifically talking about them because they are well-known and things like that.
And don't think of this as, oh, my gosh, like, what could celebrities possibly teach us about motherhood or where is this going? Right.
But I just want to point out a few things that might get you thinking about motherhood differently.
Because I'm not interested in telling you that celebrities or anyone in particular has some sort of magical secret to motherhood.
But I think that there is something really interesting that happens when we're able to watch other women become mothers.
Because when we can watch it through a screen, when we can watch it from afar, we can compare and observe and borrow ideas.
And we have the ability to see someone doing something maybe differently than we would do it or differently than how we think we would do it.
And, you know, not even as far as celebrities, but even you know, influential people and people that have a large following.
And we realize things like, wow, like she's actually struggling in some of the same exact ways that I am.
