Adrienne MeyerGuestMike FloresHostJeffHostI think you're right, you know, with, you know, integrators are getting their hands in organizations at every layer and every level from cyber, right, the enterprise downward into, you know, machines, PLCs.
The first one, what I'm hearing is that the CSIA is creating a way so that integrators themselves can get audited and they can look at their own internal organization and say, we trust what we're doing.
If I'm an end user slash client on the other side, the position of trust is There's a there's a stamp.
Obviously, it is part of a rigor that says you're in a position of trust and you can.
This team's been vetted and they can have their hands inside of the things that, you know, make your own company run.

yeah it it's just as an end user it's one less thing you need to worry about you've got so many things you're juggling you know if you can say this is a market quality great i like understand what it is we've got a lot of information about what csa certification entails so research that but once you understand it, then you know where to reach for.

And then as an integrator, one of the interesting things that I've heard, so I've been in this role now about 15 months, and I've been traveling around the country meeting with our integrator members, and I've asked a few of them, you know, we have integrator members that I think have been recertified up to eight times.

And one of my questions for them is, Why is this diminishing returns for you? And the answer I have gotten from these integrators has been no.

Every time we get re audited, it shines a flashlight kind of in the corner of our business.

It's we're you know, we're going to the gym, we're working out, we got our personal trainer, we're making sure that we are not working on our business just in or not in our business.

So it is, it's important to them to maintain the certification because they know what they're getting out of it.

And, you know, they're eating their good food and working out and that sort of that sort of honesty that keeps you.
