You know, we recently had the podcast with Michael Brettau about his EPOS papers in the New England Journal.
And it showed that five years is not inferior to three and five years follow up.
But when you looked at the polyps, the mean size, for example, was 7 millimeters.
And the advanced adenoma definition was in 60% at least co-driven by multiplicity.
What do you do in your practice? Are you really doing this non-advanced and advanced adenoma thing? So somebody with an 11-millimeter polyp, low-grade, has to come back at three years? Or what do you think?
