I'm curious, when you became a registered dietitian, did you think becoming a registered dietitian would help you with the eating issues? No.

But looking back on it in retrospect, that's definitely why I was drawn to this field.

I actually had a career in, I started off in clinical working at a dialysis center.

And not until 2013 did I open my own business and have the idea of helping people.

Like what you see with people who want to lose weight is you see people who, They just need the knowledge.

What do I eat? Should I do this fasting thing? Should I calorie count? What should I do? When should I eat? They need a plan.

I saw on the other end of the spectrum, not just with weight loss, but you've got eating disorders.

But what about all the people in between? Like if I gave you my example, I didn't have an eating disorder.

I'm going by and getting a frosty at Wendy's after school for no reason and hiding that from my mom.

And so my practice really, I said, I want to help all those people in the middle that aren't over here and just need a plan, but they don't have an eating disorder.
