We don't get a lot of comments about prostate cancer, though, or questions relative to other kinds of cancer, and I think that's...

So despite the fact that it's incredibly common within our viewership, it's not a topic that gets brought up.

And I'm glad to be here today, especially to talk about a couple of things that aren't really very well discussed and in one case have changed quite a bit.

And I do have to thank one of our frequent commenters, Seamus, for bringing up a topic there that's actually really important.

So in talking about prostate cancer, I, I wanted to talk about a couple of things.

One is about Gleason scores and risk and how that's perceived and Gleason Gleason scores versus grade groups and grade groups are the new format of looking at that data and Gleason scores are the old format of looking at that data.

Everyone's familiar with Gleason, but it doesn't necessarily mean what you think it means.

And also how Gleason scores interface with genomic testing, what's more important, when it's more important, because there's a very big time dependence to that.

And then also I want to talk about a reversal of recommendations around some stuff after treatment and different kinds of treatment.
