So again, on August 26th, 2026, the FDA announced that Deraxon Rassab had been approved.

And it came in much faster than most people's optimistic guess, roughly six and a half months ahead of its own review deadline.

Ras-on-Q from Revolution Medicines is approved for any adult with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Now, you do have to have already received at least one prior systemic therapy or not be a candidate for standard multi-agent chemotherapy regimens to begin with.

It's a tablet taken orally once a day at a dose of 300 milligrams, continued until either the disease progresses or the side effects become unacceptable.

That means that Rasonq was compared by itself against things like gemcitabine plus abraxane or fulfirinox.

there was a median overall survival of roughly 13.2 months with daraxanracib versus 6.7 months with chemotherapy.

I know that doesn't seem like very much, just a doubling of survival time, six months, with some stats behind it, but What you need to understand is the entire trial lasted only 20 months, which means that many of the patients on treatment never hit an endpoint.

13.2 is kind of close to 20, and they just got reported out at the end of the trial.

Their survival times will likely end up being significantly longer, significantly higher than the trial's stats suggest.
