The two in my decent tier.
My least favorite episode so far of Netflix's Avatar The Last Airbender is episode three and four, back to back, of season one.
We talked about this in the commentary.
Both my brother and I agreed that these are the slow point and the worst point of season one.
And now having seen season two, in my opinion, the slowest point we've been at in this version of Avatar The Last Airbender.
This is the whole Omashu arc.
In these episodes, it includes...
The introduction of Jet, them going to Omashu, the Fire Nation spy plot, Tayo and the Mechanist.
You get all that stuff.
Yeah, the whole Omashu arc tied in with the Mechanist stuff and Jet.
Because obviously that's what they combined in this.
And I put it in decent because these are by no means bad.
These are the slow points.
This is where they really struggled with having to condense so much.
They threw so much in these two episodes, or this one arc, I should say, because they're back-to-back, that it just doesn't work.
There's too many plots going on.
Honestly, there's like an A, B, and C plot in every single episode, or both of these episodes, and it's just too much.
Are there great moments in these episodes? Yes.
Some of my top ten moments from season one are in episode four.
Episode three is probably my least favorite of these.
It's just too much going on overall.
