And a conversation I have quite a lot is with people wanting to innovate more and more and more and more, which is so natural for entrepreneurs.

We always want to find that next thing, bring that new thing to market to our current customers and also to obviously get more people in.

But a really common mistake that I see is people having their eye on that when they've got this to go and sell.

And I was on the call just with someone earlier in the week and they were talking about, they were basically doing, I think, $2,000 or $3,000 a month in sales and they were sitting on about $20,000 or $30,000 worth of stock, retail stock.

They were talking about the next innovation and how they needed to get cash for that or wanted to invest in that.

You're actually bored with the current products that you've got and you're neglecting what you've currently got.

The problem being is that if we're looking at the next thing or having too many products, they're kind of one and the same thing.

Our focus is scattered and therefore all of our communication is scattered and as a direct result, our customer or potential customer is scattered.
