This week I'm talking about the different ways I've chosen to honour my late husband Alex and keep his memory alive.
From changing Oscar's middle name, getting a new tattoo, and sitting in his favourite seat at the rugby. But this episode also made me think about the quieter ways grief can change us. After helping an elderly man with dementia find his way home this week, I found myself wondering whether honouring someone is sometimes less about remembering them and more about allowing their love and their impact to influence the way we live.
Because when someone dies, you're left with all this love and nowhere obvious to put it.
This episode is about love, memory, grief and finding the many different ways we can keep the people we've lost with us. ☕️🖤
