Talk to me about something you do differently that really protects you as a, as a business owner when times are tough, the chips are down.

Is it habits? Is it routines? Um, what are your go-to two or three things that you, you go to in order to ensure that you're performing at that top level when you just don't feel like it?
The first rule is there's no point ever in feeling sorry for yourself because that just wastes time, makes you feel stressed, makes you feel anxious, and questions your whole career.
What are you even doing? And I have had many a time in the past feeling that way.

... plug for this, because being married to somebody that is spiritual and spirituality is her actual business, has really taught me how to cope and how to remain positive.

... and, and things are fine, but I got a million things on, and I felt for the first time a little bit of anxiety creep in.
