She is the Executive Director of the Jackson County Tourist Development Council in Northwest Florida.

Kelsey has a fascinating story.

She's actually an Iowa native and an Iowa State graduate who moved to Jackson County, Florida some years ago and saw many longtime residents, you know, saw something that they might actually overlook, that Jackson County is is sitting on a world-class set of natural assets that could fuel real economic development.
